All tracking numbers provided via email used in checkout. Please ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate.
Only Kaps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once dropped off with USPS/USP. Please contact correct courier to file a claim if this happens to you.
All packages marked “Returned to sender” will receive a refund minus shipping cost once the item is received. If you would like to repurchase item, please contact the Only Kaps team to arrange.
International orders:
Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for international orders to arrive. Only Kaps is not responsible for any item after it leaves the United States borders. Please contact local courier to file a claim.
